Quisiera saber su opinión sobre la Resolución 918/2024 del ANSES, emitida la semana pasada. A mi parecer, y por supuesto reconociendo el derecho que tiene el ANSES de controlar la operatoria para evitar abusos, esta resolución traerá muchos reclamos porque desconoce los derechos de los pensionados que, por diversas razones, tienen que trasladarse a países limítrofes e inclusive a otros países más alejados. La Ley General de Migraciones, que determina si una persona es o no residente en Argentina, dice claramente que los individuos pueden permanecer ausentes del país máximo hasta dos años para no ver comprometida su residencia.

Por otro lado, no especifican con claridad qué pensiones no contributivas entran dentro de la resolución y cuáles no. Pregunto si la Resolución incluye a los pensionados por Leyes Especiales, dictadas para otorgar una pensión a primeros premios nacionales de la ciencia, deporte y cultura, por ejemplo, la Ley Nacional 16.516.
